Packaging and shipping

  1. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and make sure all labels are intact.
  2. Include the return form together with any requested documents or photos.
  3. Download the return label from the link sent to you by email and print it.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or does not match the description. In these cases, Men Breeze will cover the return shipping costs.

Detailed return and refund conditions

  • Change of mind: If you change your mind after the purchase, you can return the product within 45 days, provided that it is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
  • Defective products: If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service immediately. Men Breeze will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price.
  • Damaged products: If the product arrives damaged, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours. We will review the case and, if necessary, cover the return shipping costs.
  • Wrong product: If you receive the wrong product, contact us so we can arrange the return and get you the correct product.
  • Product not received: If the product never arrives, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the product cannot be located, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement product.
  • Order cancellation: You can cancel your order before it ships. If it has already been shipped, follow the return procedure once you receive the product.

Policy for damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our customer service within 48 hours and send us photos of the problem. After verification, we will offer you a replacement product or a full refund.

Policy for undamaged products: If you change your mind, you can return an unused and undamaged product within 45 days, provided that it is in its original packaging.

Timeframes

  • Return window: Returns must be reported and shipped within 45 days of receiving the product.
  • Return processing: Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation by email.
  • Refund conditions: A refund is granted when the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. For defective or wrong products, the refund is granted after verification.
  • Refund timing: The refund is processed within 14 days of the return being approved, via the original payment method.
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of return

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Hygiene products (e.g. socks, underwear), unless they are unopened and unused

Return address: Once your request is approved, our customer service will provide you with the return address.

Shipping method and costs

  • Shipping method: Use a shipping service with a tracking number.
  • Estimated return shipping cost: €15

Legal rights

Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by this return policy.
